Revision Decisions
How I revise a document mostly depends upon what kind of document it is. If it's something as simple as a short writing assignment like a single paragraph I'll just reread it to make sure everything is written right grammar and content wise. If it's something like the Doc 3 assignment we were given before Thanksgiving break then I would reread it myself but also get someone else's opinion. How I revise larger assignments is a lot like how we do the whole peer evaluation thing because I like to have another persons's view on what I have written. Getting someone's advice or criticism on something helps me a lot on understanding what my document sounds like from another's point of view. It lets me know what I need to fix or leave as is.

I don't mean to be that guy but the fact that you wrote "...is written right grammar..." is just hilarious to me. I do agree that having someone review your work is usually a great help.
ReplyDeleteFor me it does depend on then type of document it is. I mainly just read it over and check for any errors. Then I see if it makes sense and change it if it doesn't. Then i have someone else read it and if the paper is good, i'll turn it in.
