"Video Killed The Stereotypes"

To me, there isn't really a worst case when it comes between men and women stereotyping each other. They both are equally offensive. I guess it would all depend on the situation, like if a male and female are really good friends and the guy makes joke saying "go make me a sandwich woman", it'd be alright as long as the female is comfortable with it. I have plenty of those occasions with my brother or a really good friend. If it's with a stranger though and they are obviously uncomfortable with the phrase, it's not acceptable. The same goes for female to male conversations. Some stereotypes associated with men are they all cheat, they are all slobs, they all love sports, and so on, but I can list at least ten people that I know that don't like sports or have never cheated in their life. It's just a matter of individualized people instead of identifying all men/women in one group.

  1. I totally agree with you! That's what I put on my blog, how they are both equally bad in their own ways. I hate how men and women stereotype each other because sometimes it could lead to bad things. In some cases if it gets really bad it could lead to losing friendships.
