Writing to Learn

Through out my school life I've learned that writing isn't just something for communicating with people; it's also used for knowledge. People don't really realize how much writing can teach us. I've learned a lot of things through writing, including a different language. Thanks to The Little, Brown Handbook I've realized that my Spanish teacher's technique of having students re-write words over and over helps them really learn the language. Through writing I also learn different ways to further my own works of literature.
